Great news! The next two Rabbit River Saga eBooks have just been delivered to your BookFunnel library.
The expanded anniversary editions are rolling out, and I’m so excited for you to experience the updated interiors and illustrated chapter plates.
The remaining three books are currently being finalized and will be delivered over the next two weeks. I’ll keep you posted as each one goes live.

I’m so excited to share this update with you—Books 1–3 of the Rabbit River series are officially complete! 🎉 This includes the Expanded Anniversary Editions, and it feels amazing to finally say that.
📚 eBooks: Available Now via BookFunnel
Your Books 1–3 eBooks have been delivered through BookFunnel and are ready for you now.
Here’s how to access them:
Your books have been added to your BookFunnel library!
To get your books, simply log in to the BookFunnel app or visit my.bookfunnel.com using the email address you provided for this campaign (usually your Kickstarter email). If you don't have a BookFunnel account - no problem. It's free to set up and just use the same email as you used in the Kickstarter and voilà! The books will be waiting for you.
If you log in and your BookFunnel library looks empty, don’t panic—please try logging in with any other email address you may have used. If there is any problem at all, BookFunnel is fabulous with customer service (my favorite thing about them) and they can help you. Do let me know if there are any problems.
Once you’re logged in, BookFunnel will walk you through getting the books onto your preferred device (Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, etc.), and their support team is fantastic if you need help.

They will ship as soon as the third round of proofs comes back and is approved. I’m being meticulous here to make sure these are truly heirloom-quality books, and I appreciate your patience while I get them just right.

📣 Kickstarter Update — Almost There!

Hi everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving! 🧡🦃
I hope you’re having a warm, peaceful holiday week.
I wanted to send a big update because… we’re getting SO close!
🎨 98 Full-Color Book Plates… DONE!
After a marathon of art production, I can officially say: 98 full-color chapter plates are complete! 🎉
It took much longer than I expected — after wrestling with Midjourney and OpenArt, I finally partnered with Leonardo AI, which could deliver the artistic style and emotional tone I’ve been chasing. The result:
All chapter plates for Books 1–3 are finished
Plus I’m creating 6–8 plates each for the other five books as a special thank-you to you for supporting this project. 🙏✨
This has been the largest art undertaking of my life, but the end is in sight and the results are absolutely worth it.
📚 Printing Update (The Saga Continues…)
I received the first proofs from the US printer and… they weren’t acceptable. At all.
You deserve better, and these books deserve better.
So after a lot of research, testing, and comparing quality, I’m shifting production to a UK printer - Bookvault UK - known for gorgeous, high-quality hardcovers — at no additional cost to you. 💛
This change also means:
Beautiful printed endpapers 🤩
Possibly a ribbon bookmark 🎀
Better color accuracy and paper quality
The next step is for me to finalize the new hardcover formatting and upload everything for fresh proofs. The moment those proofs arrive and I approve them, printing begins.
And because I can’t resist sharing art wherever I can:
👉 The paperbacks and eBooks will also include a handful of black-and-white illustrations. Just because I love them. And I love you all for supporting me through this adventure.

🛠️ Behind the Scenes: Yes, I’ve Been Working!
Because of the new formatting program and all the added art pages, I’ve had to resize every single hardcover cover — which has required me to re-learn my very dusty Photoshop skills. 😅
So while the timeline stretched, I promise I haven’t been idle. It’s been nonstop “learning, adjusting, tweaking, re-doing” every week. And editing. Lots and lots of photo/image editing...
⏳ A Note on Timelines
I’m so sorry things are running later than I originally hoped. I truly had no idea how big this project was going to become — but I also refuse to rush and hand you anything less than the absolute best.
As soon as I have updated shipping info from the printer, I will send another update.

🐉 Return of the Dragons — What’s Next!
While the art and production work has kept me very busy, the creative part of my brain has been happily plotting away on the Return of the Dragons series — part sci-fi, part romance, part dragon-shifter, and 100% fun. 🐉💫
Here’s what’s coming:
A revamped version of Dragon Lure with an expanded ending
Followed by at least four more books in the series
Released chapter by chapter on my subscription platform for anyone who wants to read along, comment, and help shape the stories as they grow
✨ Backers at the $50+ tiers already receive three free months, but because this project has taken longer than expected, I’m extending that to six months free.
The subscription will start in mid-December or early January, and I expect to begin releasing The Silver Scroll Prophecy chapter-by-chapter in February or March.

💗🐺💗 Big Update: Chapter Plates, Timelines & Magic Ahead!

Hello Wonderful Backers!
The last month and a half has been completely consumed with all the behind-the-scenes work needed to fulfill our Rabbit River Kickstarter, and I wanted to take a moment to share where we are — and what’s coming next!
When I set out to create 107 hand-designed chapter plates (across books 1–3), I didn’t quite realize just how much time and creative energy it would take. But I can tell you this: the results have been so worth it. These illustrations are turning out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with how they bring the world of Rabbit River to life.
I’m nearly finished with the plates for Book 1 (which, of course, is the most time-consuming, since I’ve had to learn everything along the way). Once those are wrapped, the rest will move along more smoothly.
📚 Release Timeline
The first 3 ebooks will be released within the next few weeks.
Shortly after, the paperbacks and hardcovers will follow, along with the swag you’ve all been waiting for.
I’m also including a few extra illustrations in the ebooks and paperbacks, just because I can’t resist adding a touch more magic.
And because I’ve fallen in love with these chapter plates, I’ve decided to include some in the final 5 books of the series as a special bonus for all readers.
🎨 The Coloring the Magic Event
I’m also excited to announce that our Coloring the Magic Zoom event — where we’ll all come together with our Rabbit River coloring books — is expected around mid-October. More details soon!
